Cerium dioxide sputtering targets
Cerium dioxide has good high-temperature thermal stability, thermal expansion and dielectric properties, and can be used to manufacture electronic ceramic components such as ceramic capacitors, ceramic filters and all-solid tantalum electrolytic capacitors.
Cerium dioxide has a high dielectric constant and can play the role of storage bin and dielectric in capacitors, while also reducing the size and power consumption of components.
CeO2 is evaporated under vacuum to form anti-reflective layers for optical coatings and as buffer layers in high temperature superconductors.
