Application of gold sputter target

1. Optical coatings: 

Gold targets can be used to prepare optical coatings, such as mirrors, filters, and transparency enhancement films. 

Gold has good optical properties, such as high reflectivity, low absorption and good corrosion resistance, 

so that the gold film in the optical field has been widely used.

2. Biomedical field: 

Gold target has an important role in biomedical research and clinical application. 

It can be used to prepare biosensors, biomarkers, drug release systems, etc. 

Surface-Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) effect of gold thin film is also used for analysing and detecting biomolecules.

3. Electronic devices: 

Gold targets can be used to prepare conductive layers, contact electrodes, metal lines, etc.

Gold has good conductivity and stability, so that it is used as an important functional material in electronic devices.

4. Nanotechnology: 

Gold targets are also widely used in the nano field. gold nanoparticles, nanowires, nanofilms can be prepared for research 

and applications in nanoelectronics, catalysts, surface-enhanced spectroscopy.
