Hafnium Nitride HfN Sputtering Target

Hafnium nitride has excellent mechanical, electrical, optical, high-temperature and corrosion-resistant properties.

HfN is an an excellent electronic material for the fabrication of high-speed electronic devices and integrated circuits. 

Compared with traditional silicon materials, hafnium nitride has higher electron mobility and high temperature resistance, 

and is able to work under high temperature and high frequency conditions. Therefore, hafnium nitride has a wide range of applications in 

high-temperature superconducting materials, microwave devices, optoelectronic devices and other fields.

Hafnium nitride has a high melting point, high hardness, wear and oxidation resistance. 

It can be used as a protective layer, a wear-resistant outer film for cutting tools, a chemically inert film and a high-temperature resistant protective film.
