TiO2-Nb Sputtering Target
Transparent conductive niobium-doped titanium dioxide (TNO) has good electrical conductivity and high transmission in the visible band.
It is compatible with standard semiconductor fabrication processes and can be easily fabricated into films and various other nanostructures.
The transparent conductive oxide (TCO) films of niobium-doped titanium dioxide have a negative dielectric constant in the near-infrared (NIR) wavelength,
lower losses compared to conventional noble metal plasmonic materials, and good tunability.
They are expected to be a new low-loss plasmonic material as an alternative to conventional metals.
