ZnS sputtering targets
ZnS is a wide band gap semiconductor with excellent properties such as large band gap, high transmittance and high refractive index for a wide range of applications in optoelectronic materials and electronic devices. It is an infrared optical material with high infrared transmittance and excellent optical, mechanical and thermal properties in the 3-5μm and 8-12μm bands, making it the best material for dual-band infrared viewing windows and hoods for aircraft. Zinc sulphide is widely used in semiconductors, pigments, photoluminescence, solar cells, gas-sensitive sensors and other fields.
